Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst

The UK’s first open innovation bioscience park, pioneering a unique culture to drive early drug discovery and development. The multi-phase science park is sited on the GlaxoSmithKline campus in Hertfordshire.

Following on from their involvement in the first phase, which provided two flexible BREEAM ‘Excellent’ buildings to accommodate start-up and growth-stage scientific research companies respectively, staff at Scotch are now working on the second phase of the Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst site. The planned new building will provide speculative laboratories and supporting write-up spaces that could be used for biology, chemistry, electronics or other scientific research.
