Working for U+I to help deliver one of the largest and comprehensive regeneration projects in Brighton which will create 1,500+ new jobs. The mixed-use site will establish the Lewes Road area as a thriving new academic and economic corridor in Brighton.
Scotch was responsible for the coordinated design of the complex infrastructure strategy that distributes via the main external amenity corridor known as ‘The Furlong’. Scotch led and managed the process of coordinating the various internal and 3rd party disciplines including utilities, drainage, and landscaping.
We have also delivered a completed building providing office space, events space with a bar, and catering facilities.
