Scotch provided a broad range of design and consultancy roles in connection with fit-out works across the estate over a 4 year period. The lively mixed use development includes 170 residential units, a primary school for 210 pupils and a broad mix of workplace, industrial, retail, F&B and leisure uses spread across the estate.
