Client:

The project includes the replacement of all plant equipment and upgrade of the building’s thermal performance to transform 27b Floral Street into an all-electric, low-energy office ready to meet modern occupier standards.

Internal spatial constraints meant options for reconfiguration and increased riser and plant room sizes were limited. Working closely with the project architect, TP Bennett, Scotch were able to produce a design that meets current standards and energy targets whilst limiting impact on NIA.

Sustainability is at the forefront, driven predominantly by the Client’s own ESG agenda. Guided and assessed by Scotch’s SEP team, the project is exceeding targets against BREEAM, WELL, urban greening & biodiversity, upfront and whole life carbon, and operational energy performance.
