Scotch are celebrating the news that our client, Telford Homes, have received full planning consent for their Mill Road scheme in Ilford.
Scotch are thrilled to have been part of the consultant team on this project that will transform a surface level car park into a new vibrant residential quarter. The scheme will not only provide 239 Build to Rent homes but will also open up access to the River Roding through major improvements to the public realm and landscaping.
Scotch provided the building services design plus sustainability and energy consultancy. Through collaborative working with the Telford Homes team and the architect, Collado Collins, we developed a low energy strategy that is predicted to achieve a 56% reduction in CO2 emissions, thereby further promoting the sustainability credentials of this exciting scheme.
