Imogen becomes our first Fitwel Ambassador!

Imogen, a member of Scotch’s Sustainability Team and a WELL Accredited Professional, is now also certified to act as a Fitwel Ambassador for projects seeking certification under the Fitwel Scheme.

Fitwel is a building certification to support healthier workplace and residential environments in order to improve occupant health and wellbeing.

Similar to the WELL Building Standard, Fitwel comprises of evidence-based strategies that have been proven to increase the health and well-being of building occupants. Launched in 2017, the standard offers a slightly more flexible scoring approach than the WELL Building standard making it accessible to new and existing buildings, regardless of size, age, budget and location, to support healthy occupants through wellbeing changes.

As a Fitwel Ambassador, we can assist clients looking to integrate Fitwel’s strategies within their business and to help them gain certification. We can act as the Fitwel project manager and oversee the process. This includes ensuring all project documentation is complete and accurate before submitting to the QA body for assessment.
