Imogen, a member of Scotch’s Sustainability Team, is now certified to act as a WELL Accredited Professional for projects seeking accreditation under the WELL Building Standard scheme.
WELL is the first standard to focus solely on occupant health and wellbeing. Covering seven core concepts of health and hundreds of features, WELL is a flexible building assessment method that represents the future of modern design.
It is considered that WELL certified developments can lead to a built environment that helps to improve the nutrition, fitness, mood, sleep, comfort and performance of its occupants. For commercial organisations, this can lead to better productivity and staff retention.
As a WELL AP, Scotch can help guide and support projects seeking WELL certification. We can act as the WELL project manager and oversee the process. This includes ensuring all project documentation is complete and accurate before submitting to the QA body for assessment.
