Join our team as a pivotal member focused on leading and managing building physics and energy projects, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery. You'll provide expert guidance to clients on energy strategies, conduct detailed simulations using IES software, and analyse results for optimal building performance.

Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll help develop sustainable designs and strategies. Additionally, you'll support junior team members' professional growth and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in building physics and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Building Physics consultant, with a strong focus on energy modelling and simulation.
  • Proven experience with GLA energy assessments.
  • Proficient in using IES software for building energy modelling and simulation, including
  • Part L compliance
  • Thermal comfort and overheating
  • CIBSE TM54
  • Detailed understanding of UK building regulations and sustainability standards (e.g., Part L, Part O, NABERS and BREEAM)
  • Proficient in SAP assessments
